Buff a Pokémon

Bronzong to get Magnet Rise and Gravity and somehow make more use of Heatproof.
Post your suggestions on how you shall buff any given Pokémon.

Slaking doesn't have truant, Archeops doesn't have defeatist.

Liligant has more than grass special moves and dream eater.

Change Charizard's typing to fire/dragon.

Change absols base speed to 100 at least.

Probably a lot more since a lot of pokemon have some serious downsides(such as Gyarados's only reliable flying move being bounce)
