I have a quick question. You know that reticule that appears in the middle of the screen when hitting? Well, it's not there anymore. How do I get it to appear again? Was it only a beginning of the game kind of thing?

I think it only appears in easy difficulty and multiplayer
 
I actually figured out how to get it back. Pause menu during exhibition, controls, turn cursor on. Don't you hate it when that happens? You'll be trying to figure something out, you ask for help, and then afterwards you get it figured out on your own. xD
 
It should be on by default. How did you turn it off?

Probably by accident. It's in one of the pause menus during a baseball game/challenge.
 
I don't think it's possible, unfortunately. It's only for vertical Wii Remote w/out nunchuck...

What I did way back when I used to play this game is play with the horizontal Wii Remote controls when batting and then switch to vertical when pitching/fielding. Yeah, it kind of gets annoying having to pause and switch back and forth, but I just preferred horizontal Wii Remote for batting and baserunning so I could control my batter better and steal bases which you can't with vertical...but vertical is better for pitching/fielding because auto fielding.
