Super Training
Pokemon-amie
Roller skates
PSS
Horde battles

can you pls explain these things to a poor unknowledgeable person like me who has paid almost zero attention to this game?
Super Training- An easier way to EV train
Pokemon-amie- A way to get high friendship with pokemon and improve stats and things like evasiveness.
Roller skates- A faster way to move around
PSS- Essentially a new C-Gear. Better explained here: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Player_Search_System
Horde battles- Five wild pokemon attack you at once. You can only use one.

what's ev training?

Its one of those things only competitive battlers care about. Like tiers.

Unfortunately, certain battle facilities take advantage of EV trained Pokemon, such as the Battle Subway. Properly EV trained Pokemon tend to have better luck in those facilities than those that have their EVs roaming all over the place.

Megas
Someone has found Mega stones for Heracross and Galvantula

Roaming Legendaries
It's the birds. Rumors of mega forms

Mega Mewtwo Y
Mega Mewtwo Y
HP: 99 - 114
Atk: 143 - 158
Def: 70 - 85
SpA: 194 - 209
SpD: 111 - 126
Spe: 140 - 155
Whether or not these are base stats or its stats at a certain level, I don't know, but damn.

Yeah, I'm a little lost everytime it comes to EVs. I'll never make it well in competitive Pokemon world

Trust me: you DON'T want to make it in the competitive Pokémon world. Once you go in, you never go back. I started EV training and paying extreme attention to natures, EVs, IVs and such and now I find myself not enjoying Pokémon as much as I did. Sure, it sure is cool having super-strong Pokémon, but the time you spend trying to get it is not so fun. Before, I used to just catch/breed whatever Pokémon I liked and start training it. Now, I release most of them for not having good enough IVs, bad nature, etc.
