Listen to Crash, dude.

Anyways, I used to bake cookies with my mom for Santa (DON'T JUDGE MEH!) and I would sneak a cookie before I went to bed. (Shh. Don't tell. Teehee)

How could we possibly tell your mom?

Re: The official 2012 Christmas thread.

Apparently we all know who Rin's mum is

Which begs the answer that her mum is Hilary Clinton.

Re: The official 2012 Christmas thread.

You don't know my mom. I typically say that. It's a habit.

My mom said I'm not getting a Wii U for Christmas, but in January when she gets money it's a possibility, instead I'm pretty sure I'm getting a game of some sort.

So your mum isn't Hilary Clinton?

Re: The official 2012 Christmas thread.

so apparently my parents have a present that isnt on her supposed to get list, which is interesting.

I hate being curious.

Re: The official 2012 Christmas thread.

Pfft, my parent buying me things on my list.

My parents usually get me things on my list but they also get me things I don't ask for. Sometimes they buy me things I actually like, but no, I didn't need the Super Mario 3D Land Guide, especially when I only had World 8-Crown left to beat.

Re: The official 2012 Christmas thread.

I honestly think buying me things is a bit of a waste, especially since I usually have enough as it is.

But I guess I should appreciate it anyway.

Re: The official 2012 Christmas thread.

I usually start out my list trying to find things to add because I don't want anything but then I end up adding like ten things.

Re: The official 2012 Christmas thread.

Usually I don't really want some of those things anyway, though. I just add it so my parents have things to fall back on if they can't get the other things.

Re: The official 2012 Christmas thread.

Is your mum from Japan?

If that were the case, you could get some rocking games!

Then why is the 25th still considered Jesus's birthday to some people if he wasn't technically born on it?
because christmas originally wasn't a christian holiday

...

I'm not getting into an argument like this for at least another year.

This.

Re: The official 2012 Christmas thread.

Funny thing is, here in Sweden we open the presents and such on the 24th, rather than on the 25th. I don't know why that is, though.

Re: The official 2012 Christmas thread.

DANG YOU SWEDEN!!!

Well as far as I know the Roman emperor or something wanted a holiday around that time so he moved the celebration to then? I don't remember the facts.

Hey, I do that too! I think it's because my mum is Dutch, but I'm not certain.
