Nicknames in Pokémon

So, this is a thread to discuss your Pokémons' nicknames.

I have a bunch that I really don't remember but here are the ones I do know:

Charizard named Char-Char
Arcanine named Arkana (name when I got him, too lazy to change it)
Various Eevees named after various characters I like

And I mostly name my Pokémon human names. :P
 
Patton the Blastoise was by far the best name I've ever come up with.

Yeah most of mine are just random names but others are from characters in gaming history or names I made for my little fiction story.
 
I used to name my Pokémon. My new ones don't have names, except for my Torterra, who I've had since day 1. His name is BruteRoot. Yep, named him after that Venusaur in the first Pokemon movie.
 
I used to nickname my Pokemon, considering that most trainers nicknamed their Pokemon in the Pokemon Stadium titles; the nicknames also affected their coloring. However, as of the 4th generation and so forth, I've stopped nicknaming my Pokemon.
 
I only gave nicknames to my pokémons for the first two generations because it changed their color on Stadium games, but then I have never give any nicknames.
 
I actually named my starter Angie for no reason (I changed it later, I didn't realize it was a boy. :P)
 
I used to give my Pokemon the oddest and silliest names for the first 4 Gens and White, but for White 2, I've started naming them people from Youtubers real names (I've gone through, like, 7+ names from Stephenvlog, including Stephen, Mallory, Kepler, Sagan, Alex, Rocko, etc.)
