Mario Kart Wii and DS were really good, but I have to say Mario Kart 7 for the following reasons:

*I've racked up about 350 Hours on it
*I was at one point #1 on the Nintendo of Europe community (I was Cameron, if anyone noticed)

So MK7 gets my vote.
