Man Shoots 4-Year-Old Boy He Thought Was Gay

Let's lighten the mood with some good news I read about somewhere.

Recently, this guy found a man raping his five year old daugher. Now bear with me here, it gets better. So like any decent father, he beats the rapist to death, and the court is like, "yeah, we're going to let you get away with that."

Bullshit he should be charged with murder

Hold on...are you taking the father's or the rapist's side, SiFi?

Wait that's not good news vigilante style justice is horrible plus what he did is harsher then what the courts would have done.

I prefer vigilante-style justice to the courts in cases like this, personally.

The father.

...how can a 4 year old even be gay?
He wasn't. He was nothing yet. That guy was a moron.

Is there any information on what religious group he is part (if any)? (I don't want to make rash assumptions)

Yeah.

Byakuya Togami said:
"Peter Lucas Moses refers to himself as a radical religious person who is affiliated with the Black Hebrews."

That explains a lot. Yet another example of an individual using his beliefs as justification for irrational and illegal activity.

That sentence I quoted in that quote is the first sentence in the video on the first page of the thread.

Thanks, I was asking because if it doesn't mention any religious affiliations then I was going to say that he's part of the Westboro Baptist Church (That extremist religious group with signs like "God hate fags")

I think a better question would be: How can you know a 4 year old is gay?

This is just sick... A person's sexuality can't be even be that clear at that age yet!

Half of me agrees with you.

The other half is my reasonable half I think.

Also the only way to sum this up is stupid people are stupid.

And that's it.

Actually he's been arrested on homicide charges

As I understand the article, the death has been ruled a homicide, but the father has not been charged and will not be charged unless the grand jury says otherwise.

Harmon said a grand jury will consider this week what, if any, charges the father will face.

At this point don't they have to I mean homicide is a crime

Well, given the circumstances, it might be considered justifiable homicide. If that is the case, he would not be kept in state custody (as far as I know).

The death being ruled a homicide =/= charging someone with homicide. The former is a function of the police, the latter a function of the courts.

No, they're a bunch of cowardly morons. They never actually DO anything significant.
