Gen I: Blastoise
Gen II: n/a (never played them)
Gen III: Kyogre Charizard
Gen IV: Dialga
Gen V: Zekrom

(also Gen I: Blatoise but he's not a legendary)

EDIT: Well now he's allowed so hooray. Blastoise is a boss.

I changed the list to ALL of the mascots in general, rather than just the legendaries as I thought it was a bit unfair later on. Sorry for the confusion.
