Nintendo Logic is strange. It's like Logic, minus the logic.

The best example of Nintendo Logic is how galaxies are only about a mile across and planets are tiny.

Pianta Village Mission 8-
You see those thingies that float up in the air, you can ride one and it will be pushed by the wind. I guess because of it's weight and it can't fight back since it's inaminite, acceptable. But you also see these clouds that are above the pit of Pianta Village, they don't move even with the wind. Also, said wind comes out of nowhere.

The best example is how Mario cannot breath in space in Super Paper Mario but he can breathe in space perfectly fine in Super Mario Galaxy.

THere's actually an explanation for this; in SPM, he's DIRECTLY in space; in Galaxy, he's on planets, obviously with air supply.

What about when travelling between planets with Launch Stars?

Ok then why does Elder Princess Shroob direct the bros to the Vim Factory(I know there is a Coblat Star Shard there but still) and also lets herself be eaten by Yoob in Partners in Time?

The Vim Factory is still in the same planet Mario and Luigi live in, breathe, etc., just shroobified, and Yoob, well, IDK if one runs out of air inside someone's belly. All the places in the game are in the planet the Mushroom Kingdom is in, just that most are Shroobified. Also, Elder Princess Shroob didn't let herself get eaten by Yoob, Baby Bowser stole the Cobalt Star Shards, and he got eaten by Yoob. She wasn't eaten directly.

How does Toon Link (in Wind Waker) drown when his nose and mouth are CLEARLY above the water XP
Another thing is he can hold his breath underwater where the Tower of Gods is (in that water portal) but anywhere else he'd drown.

In SSBB, when Lucas is running from the statue, how did Lucas's foot get caught under the branch when he tripped... If he tripped, his foot should've been caught over it not under.

Logic I don't get is how in TTYD Koopley survives being eaten by going into his shell. Surely the shell would just be digested?

Mario never drowns when he's underwater in Super Mario Bros. this applies to Super Mario World.
