There is no Official statement by Nintendo. Where does Nintendo say there making it, where? Nintendo hasn't said much about it because there not making it (yet). Granted they might make one but as of right now they are not.

If you mean the GAME was cancelled then no because it was never officaly announced.

I think they said something about it on a list of new games that are being made/planned, somewhere on the official Nintendo insider-ey employee site. But I'm not sure, because I just heard about it from other people on forums and stuff, so... I sure hope it exists, a new DK game for the Wii would be cool.

yes of course and I hope they do eventually anounce it.
