Control the Throne

I use my back up Magical Top hat to reform and use my Tommy Gun to blow you away before dumping your body in the ocean

Captain Picard is still holding your Tommy Gun, so you can't use it. I destroy your backup hat in the same manner as the first.

I reform almost instantly as my magic wards restore me to my former self. I shift into my Javelin the Mage form and cover the surface of the planet with dark clouds, making it impossible for the top-hat ship to aim. I then duel you in the storm and win because I always win during thunderstorms.

A meteor falls through the clouds creating just enough light to allow my Top Hat shaped space ship to blast a powerful Laser beam onto me making me more powerful that you and i roundhouse kick you in the Throat crushing you Wind Pipe and you Vocal Cords rendering any attempts at you using magic impossible

I beam up to the Enterprise and engage that blasted Top Hat Ship in space combat. The Enterprise's phasers and torpedoes are more than enough for the pathetic shields and the ship is completely destroyed. I then beam the throne out from under you onto the ship.

i use my Magical Monocle to reform my Top Hat Space Ship as well as making it 3% more powerful than your ship/ships and it destroys your ship and sends the throne back to me
