It's teleporting. You lock onto a person's energy and you teleport to them

Oh, well in that case...my Horcruxes are anti-instant transmission proof. Plus they are hidden in places that will kill people, including me, and they cannot be summoned.

Ok I blow up the universe destroying all the Horcruxes and then it also destroys you and then I create a new universe named yoshi land and everybody is happy
