I need some minor assistance

16:44 UltraMario I need to reinstall Steam, Paint.NET (my alternative for recoloring when GIMP reads the shades of yellow to the skin color, etc. I also use it for transparency), GIMP.portable, and pngout.exe (my compressing device)

Basically, I need someone to give me a download link to Steam and GIMP.portable since I don't remember their links. I can get Paint.net and pngout.exe on my own however by looking at the download links posted on Mariomario64's talkpage in one of the archives.

Oh, and also, is there a way to customize your MS Paint layout? This layout is absolutely horrid.

A layout like this would be much better.
