GAH, this matchup is hard. Gotta go with Sonic though. Freaky Fred's awesome but a one episode antagonist ain't enough for me to vote over a main character from an entire series. I won't be too sad if Fred wins though.

So Pikachu wins a close one in overtime. The others weren't close at all, as Sonic, Yoshi, and Espio easily defeat Freaky Fred, Majora, and the Oddparents.

Now playing, Captain Olimar of Pikmin (won a triple threat against Louie and the President) versus Ridley of Metroid. (won the Metroid H&H)
There's also Muncher from various Mario games (won Piranha Plant KOaC) versus Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory. (won the Sibling Rivalry game)
Finally, we have LittleBigPlanet's Sackboy (winner of the PlayStation H&H as well as the fourth Winner's game) versus Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. (winner of the FiM H&H)

I really, really hate the randomizer for this one. By far the toughest match for me in the first round, as I love both of these two. Sorry Twilight, but I think I like Sackboy just a little more. I'll be fine if Twilight wins, though.
