I want to be on record as having asked for shapeshifting powers before that edit was made, and therefore before I knew that Hypnotoad had that power.

Is the signup still open, considering the title that says signups open I assume so, but can I be in it?
If I can be in it, can I be a mad scientist who hoping to make hybrids of many animals to have the perfect monster it can use to destroy the scientific community because they laughed at many of my ideas, but is fights the suicide league because some of the people he worked with retired so he decided to destroy the whole city in hopes they will die using his hybrid(s).
