Which languages would you most like to learn?

For those of you who want to learn Latin and Italian. Believe me, they are freakin hard!
I learn Spanish, French, Italian, Latin, German, Irish and English in my school.
I would like to learn Mandarin Chinese one day.

The only thing that gives me trouble in Italian are the verbs. Everything else is actually fairly easy.
