Yes. Moreso than humans, actually. Troll romantic interactions are quite complex.

He looks good. Except that as 2257 pointed out earlier, the trolls' symbols have to be based on their blood, and Karkat just made up the Cancer symbol in Homestuck, so it's impossible for you to use it.
