Promise not to laugh? Culinary. I want to open my own restaurant someday.

It's just that I'm getting all the core stuff (writing, communications, and math) out of the way first. Psychology is just for fun, mainly. The inner workings of the mind fascinate me.

2nd period - Italian 5-6
3rd period - PE 3-4
4th period - AP European History
5th period - Algebra 3-4
6th period - Chemistry
7th period - AS English 3-4
 
1st period: Algebra
2nd period: Agriscience (a class which has us work with plants and animals)
3rd period: Physical Science
4th period: Gym
5th period: Spanish 1
6th period: Language Arts

All my classes are honors, with the exception of Agriscience, Gym, and Spanish, of course.

Oh, I won't laugh at that. I'm an art major, so yours seems a lot more useful of a major :P I do have minors in Environmental Science and Forensic Science, though--planning on being a forensic photographer or something some day. Also, if you really know culinary, you need to tell me the best way to make a cast sugar sculpture :O ! I'm making one for my upcoming Sculpture project and have no idea where to start.
