I've seen the legendarily awful Manos the Hands of Fate.
That film is so awful, so hated, that it'll make you cry tears of blood.
I know when I watched it on an episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000 I ended up in a coma for 2 weeks after.

An old movie in Black and White and sound. Very cheesy. And the begining has almost nothing to do with the plot.
