Which secondary character should become a main character?

I would choose either Daisy, Bowser, Jr. (There's supposed to be a comma after his first name), or Toadette, but I want Toadette most.

No there isn't. In all the games, he doesn't have a comma after his name. That means it's canon that he has no comma.

Everybody on there is a main character except for Toadsworth and he's rising to that spot anyways.
