I have Virtual Console games in my SD card so can I move this SD card to other Wii and can VC games is played in SD for other Wii?

No, VC's have a copy protection.
You'll need to sign in on the other Wii with the same Wii Shop account (= Club Nintendo account), in order to copy your VC games from the Wii Shop Channel.

Oh, I never tried that out, as my other Wii is still on Wii Menu 3.2E, which doesn't have this feature.
