According to the url it might be from season 4, episode 9, but I don't feel like watching the episode just to find out.

Because the CMC are all really bad at finding out their talents. I mean Sweetie Bell's talent is singing, Apple Bloom's is...not quite sure, but maybe something with construction. But anyways, they just can't figure that out.
