If you look up top screen at 3DS menu and blow at mic, it will goes fast

In system setting icon on top screen, blow slowly to make it spin and behind internet setting or blue ball icon, you will see 3DS picture with face smiling on top screen

What is this blue smiling 3ds?

I shake my 3ds and it goes faster.....haven't tried blowing into the mic.

Nintendo Zone is available on Japanese 3DS's only, and I can't use it here.
