Go in the friend list in your 3DS and choose to add a friend via internet, type the FC.

Added these people. None of them have added me back, but I'm not surprised since I haven't been keeping up with this.

I think sometime soon I will go ahead and send PM's to the people who have yet to add me again to see if they will add me back eventually. 22 People have not added me and 46 have. That's roughly 2/3 added.
