Not only is it lacking platforming, but playing it after BoTW made it even all the more underwhelming.. these worlds may be a bit bigger than SM64 worlds but they're still relatively small in comparison to any other modern game, and most of it is just barren land.

Like others said,.the option to control volume of music, voice,.and sfx. One thing I wanna say I like as a new edition to Mario games and should be a standard for all games, is the "if you're stuck on a level we'll let you godmode it so you're not missing out on content"

It's out now, very pretty. Not really challenging to veteran players ... But still a lot of fun! Reminds me of Yoshi's Island in a lot of ways.. Fun fact, the different color toads and yoshis have different voices !

Today's the day

If they can fix the server connection on finding other players for online Mario party it'd be nice. It's nice that once you find someone if they leave for whatever reason they become ai controlled

You have to use motion controls for everything, like making Mario walk by point and click.

Did not know the series started playing as not the toys. Like this freedom of mobility much better.

Might be able to simulate regular/hard mode with Yoshi by pausing and exiting the course after taking a hit. I'm excited for the MMO affect, until then only Mario Kart has a stable MMO of playing with others. It looks like a step up from Maker, now instead of comments we actually see others...
