In 64 DS, Big Boo and King Boo use the same model, with a modifier being used to determine whether or not the crown will appear. On noclip.website, they all have the crown, since the site usually includes all variations of models for each entity at once.
What's funny is, unlike most mainstream vulgar Mario parodies, Robot Chicken skits tend to show more than just a shallow familiarity with the source material.

To be fair, in MKDS itself you usually see them from behind and/or a distance at the already small resolution, so there's not much reason to spend time or resources on them.
