I doubt that. Most YouTubers who quit YouTube leave their channels up as some form of museum for everyone to look through their old content. SMG4 is very likely another example of that.
Grand Theft Auto VI by this point is nothing but a video game fairy tale, just like Half-Life 3, Team Fortress 3, Sonic Adventure 3, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Stories, Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Los Santos, et cetera.
I play Animal Crossing because it's relaxing, a fun pastime, and ideal for someone who tends to get very frustrated when losing games over and over and over like myself. Everyone has their own perspective of entertainment when it comes to videogames, and it's kinda shortsighted to judge people...
And there's nothing wrong with preferring games like that. Endless life sim games like Animal Crossing aren't everyone's cup of tea, and that's fine. After all, everyone has a different taste when it comes to games.
Because in spite of its initial flaws, it's started to grow on many gamers, myself included. It's just like getting into a new sleep schedule: At first, it's tough to manage, but after a while, your body and mind start to adapt to it.
I think pretty much everyone involved with the movie also wants to forget they ever had anything to do with it. I know that Bob Hoskins and Dennis Hopper, who portrayed Mario and Bowser/President Koopa tried to do so until they both moved on to The Overthere.
@BigBoom1946 Yeah, a hotel tycoon game in Mario style would be fun, for sure. Though knowing Nintendo and the mistakes they made with letting Philips handle Mario and Zelda on their CD-i console and the Hotel Mario game we got as a result, I doubt we'd be getting a hotel tycoon Mario game...
Pitohui and WT hit the nail on the head with their statements listed above, but I will also give my ten cents on the matter: I know you're new here, but there are no rules in place against non-Mario content in The 'Shroom in spite of it being a Mario themed newspaper. Things from outside the...
I have never played Mario Odyssey before in my life, but I absolutely love Cappy, because what's not to love about a ghost shaped like a top hat who can morph into all kinds of other hats? Not to mention, Shohei Komatsu gives such a wonderfully energized performance as Cappy that I named an...
I too wasn't alive yet during the 1980s, but throughout my teenage years up until my mid-20s today, I continue to bask in the golden age of aesthetics and media that the 1980s had to offer; Neon colors everywhere, incredible music, as Sparks mentioned, but for me, also the abundance of...
I never paid much attention to the Switch remake, so I can't say much about it. Do let me know what you think of it when you get around to playing it, yeah?
I get that, it just came to mind that such a quote would be fitting for YouTube channels who constantly get the copyright police on their tail for uploading videogame music extensions. As for Sonic Colors, I have played the game myself, the Wii version, at least. It's a decent game, as far as...
Pretty much the words to live by of any YouTube channel brave enough to upload video game music and risking being struck down by Nintendo or other copyright crazed video game developers every waking moment afterward.
Check out Fake News and Palette Swap in today's issue of The 'Shroom! Wallace Ulysses will be teaming up with a certain snarky chef to make a Waluigi-themed dish, and Waluigi and Company have a battle for the second piece of the Circle of Lightning in Die WAH With A Vengeance - Part 5!
Seeing as Baby Rosalina already isn't in any mainline games and solely appears in sports spin-off games, which are already non-canon to begin with, as far as I'm concerned, there's no need to do away with Baby Rosalina, since she's there for the sole purpose of appealing to the younger girl...
Yeah, I'm fine. Had a not all too pleasant experience the other night at the local swimming team, and now I need to let that sink in for the time being.
And then there's me and my Clawgrip who started out as a pirate sports columnist, and grew into one of the best sports columnists New Wikisburg has had in years, while also going on an epic quest to save the Annual Mushroom World Games from the twisted plans of an incredibly verbose hippopotamus...
Hotel Mario is one of those "so bad it's good" kinda games thanks to its corny dialogue and twisted animation and artstyle for its cutscenes. Gameplay wise, it's not one of the worst Mario games. Sure, the idea of running around and shutting doors to beat the level is mind numbing and redundant...
Am I the only one who thought the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme song said "Come inside and get surprised" instead of "Come inside, it's fun inside" at a younger age?
I would say so, yeah. I mean, with all of the remakes and ports of SMB1 that have been released over the years, you'd be hard-pressed to find a person who hasn't played 1-1 from SMB1.
I'm sure they would. I'm sure they would be even more shocked that after all those years, Bardakoff and Spindler had received proper voice acting coaching so that their skill had been significantly improved from how it was in the 90s.
Man, wouldn't it be funny if instead of Kevin Aghani succeeding Charles Martinet as the voice of the Mario Brothers and their anti-counterparts, they brought back Julien Bardakoff and Thomas Spindler as Luigi and Wario respectively and had them take up Mario (For Bardakoff) and Waluigi (For...
