I never played MKDS; I actually only have DD, but I heard that Coconut Mall from MKW was on Isle Delfino on the wiki.

Actually, the Super Mario Sunshine "King Boo" IS a different boo. If you read the article thoroughly, you'd see that it says the the original Japanese version of SMS calls him "Boss Boo", and he was named "King Boo" in the English version for no apparent reason. So really, they are different Boos.

His gloves need to be tailored, just like normal gloves.

In BiS, there's water on the upper-right side of Toad Town and Peach's Castle. In PiT, Toad Town and Peach's Castle are surrounded by land. They couldn't have been in different universes, because Shroobs from PiT appeared in BiS.

The Pianta's nose is normal when compared to the bone growth with nostrils on a Koopa's face.

The Wiki calls Lord Crump and O'Chunks the "Jr. Troopa" of their own respective games, so maybe that's why. But Jr. Troopa is fought way more than Lord Crump and O'Chunks - even if he's only in one game, he's still my vote.
