That voice is so extremely unfitting for that narrator dude. Try watching him talk about the sun destroying the sun without seeing the footage, it sounds like a freaking cartoon.
They didn't even try for the lip syncing. At all.
The guy watching the TV also sounds hilariously unfitting for the mood and the character he's portraying (name is Frank). He sounds like a cartoonish badass and it's hilarious, and it makes him entertaining.
I say that the guy who informs the guy watching the TV at least fits the mood a bit better. It's totally ruined by bad dialogue though.
