I think this *might* benefit from a bright, pale rim light behind the figure

i've looked very closely at this gay image of luigi for pointers

Should've put that against a black background. Things tend to look darker against a lighter background and can make you misjudge how light something really is.

Anyhow I color enhanced that via layer compositing and I gave you the image for free so thanks for rescuing Mario (from Mario Kart) who was trapped in a painting.

yes i like, thanks for the enhancements, i tend to overlook the post-processing stuff and it's a habit i need to break
