Well here's the thing. Fiery Yoshi did not claim this character. You just used him to finish his part for him, which I expected to not happen. You should try to make your mysterious figure separate from his. That way, people don't get confused.

If you could point me to what you're speaking about and what part of it is against the rules, I'd be happy to oblige with your request.
If you're speaking about one of my older posts, that was part of an attempted story arc that I soon realized was against the rules and stopped. I never bothered to delete it, but I don't consider it canon and I don't think anyone else does.
