    I see a lot of people think that the bandage on Kooper's face in this artwork is part of his design (like Koops' nose bandage). It's not though, he only has the bandage in this one artwork and it's supposed to be him after a battle (in-fact IIRC there's an accompanying artwork of Mario with a bandage on his nose too).

    Sorry, random rant lol but it's always annoyed me when people include the bandage as part of his design.

    Nono, I don't mean to sound like argumentative or anything, so I'm sorry if I came off that way, I'm just not very good at wording things but dw I'm not upset

    I'm happy for fan artists and modders and such to create things in whatever vision they see best fit. I just meant when strictly talking about official media is all.

    Don't worry, I think I understand your frustration to an extent. It can be annoying when fan work (which I would count HD upscale mods as) tries to approach a project from a perspective of "we are reconstructing what the original developers intended" and then don't do the research to be as authentic as possible. Like, I never looked into it myself as I was also under the misconception that that one prominent Kooper artwork on the box was supposed to be his default look, but it's worth noting that they didn't include the bandage on his cut TTYD appearance either.

    From one appreciator of Koopa Troopas to another, it is good that you are raising awareness that this is a misconception. It's so wide-spread that I wasn't aware of it either, and the first two Paper Mario games are my favorite pieces of Mario media. I apologize for misreading the intent of your message.

    The fact that Koops from TTYD always has a bandage on his nose could contribute to the confusion, since they share the same species, a similar gameplay purpose, and have names that only differ by two letters.

    Last night I had a dream that all major Mario communities came together and formed one big super community

    The funny thing is this is basically the only Mario community I'm part of, so all of the people in the dream were basically just you all lol

    Thanks but I've been using this PC for about 5 years now, I don't really wanna switch

    also I would've saved if I could've, but I was writing something on the wiki and wasn't ready to publish my changes

    Switching to Linux doesn't require buying a new PC, you can just backup any data you need to keep to an online data storage service (e.g. Google Drive) and/or to physical external devices (e.g. usb external hard drive or flash drive), which is really something you should be doing regularly anyway because what if you get a virus or make a mistake and accidentally erase your essential data, and then you can install Linux on your PC. If you have enough storage space on your PC, it's even possible to install Linux alongside Windows in a "dual boot" system so that you don't lose anything and you can still switch your computer between Linux and Windows whenever you want and all your stuff will still be there.

    Yeah if it was editing a wiki article then that's a bit tricker as there's no inbuilt save function, albeit one option could be to copy and paste the text box for editing into a notepad and save that to a plaint text file. In my case I often use notepads to write out longer things before copying them online to post online anyway, just because it's easier to write out and easier to save and edit and doesn't get deleted if my power or internet goes out or my browser crashes etc.

    I know, I mean I don't want to swap because windows is what I'm used to and I don't really have any real problems with it sooo.... I guess I don't have any reason to consider switching!
