Is Spectrum treating all their customers like this? Jesus Christ; if they keep having such bad relations with their customer base like this they'll be out of business in no time! This is NOT good marketing. This makes me glad I don't have them. You should switch to someone better. Or if there's nothing better available maybe move somewhere where there IS someone better. Really feel for you. This would irritate me, too.
I think ISPs are just the worst companies. They know they provide a service that's necessary in today's society so they stupidly overcharge for it and treat their customers horribly knowing they can get away with it.
Fun fact: the government actually tried to hold cable companies accountable at one point by charging them a fee, but then they just passed the fee on to their customers.
I swear, a business building can be vacant for over 50 years and they would STILL send their first class ads (that I have to mark "VAC" every single time) to them.
