Ray Trace and Dark Light are probably my favorites, depending on my mood, though Ray Trace has more content made for him and has recently appeared more than Dark Light, so he might be it.

Do they all have full names?

Dark Light's just Dark Light. Don't think she has a middle name, but people affectionately called her "Darcy". That would also be her regular human name.
Redshift? Chroma Key has referred to him as "Lieutenant Shift", though "Shift" isn't his last name, but just the second syllable of his first name. Chroma's just affectionately calling him that. Rojo would be his actual last name, same with Blueshift.
Ray Trace is Raymond Constantinovich Trace. Russians like their patronymics!
Bluminescence Escheverri would be his full name. Pretty simple. His human name would be Benjamin.
Ultra Violet's just Ultra Violet, similar to Dark Light. His human would be Ulmer.
Kontrast is Konny. I'd like to envision his human name as Connor Trausch though.

Why does Escheverri fit Bluminescence so well?

The story behind their last names is that I made Sim versions of them and they need a last name, and I wanted to give them human names. Benjamin is from his name starting with a B, and the last part of his name "escence", I've looked up French last names and "Escheverri" was perfect, and it sounds very French!
