In 2018, Nintendo of Europe presented German YouTube creator Domtendo with a custom-made Donkey Kong-themed Nintendo Switch variation for reaching 1 million subscribers. This is one of the rarest officially produced Nintendo Switch variations to currently exist (alongside unique consoles used as prizes in contests), as it was manufactured for only one specific person.
