The purple title, even though unrelated to this topic, is "A Guy", a special title requested by Becquerel, and given to him and Garlic Man/Marcelagus/President Iwata. By accident, they are able to access the NIWA Board.

I wish I was "A Guy".

As far as I know, all the wiki staff and head NIWA administrators (Archaic, Neo, and maybe a few others I'm forgetting) are the only ones with access.

There's only two topics in the entire board, anyway, so.
