I felt like if I made a Pixar-related post in the Toy Story 3 thread, I would start going off-topic ^^;

What are your favorite movies? I personally like Toy Story, The Incredibles, and Monsters Inc. was pretty good too.

My favourite is Toy Story.

In order, from favorite to least favorite:

  • Finding Nemo
  • The Incredibles
  • Toy Story
    [*]Monsters, Inc.
    [*]A Bug's Life
    [*]Toy Story 2
    [*]Cars

I haven't seen Ratatouille, Up, or WALL-E.

The only one I haven't seen is UP.

I haven't seen WALL-E, but I DESPERATELY want to! Seriously, I want to see that movie so badly!

That said, here are my favorite Pixar movies from favorite to least favorite:

-Tory Story 2
-Up
-Monsters Inc.
-Toy Story
-The Incredibles
-A Bug's Life

Other movies from most-to-least

5 Toy Story
6 Toy Story 2
8 A bug's life
9 The incredibles
10 Cars

I Havent' seen Wall-e yet...

Some of the story is a little more mature, kind of like in Finding Nemo, but it still manages to have that good Pixar humor placed at the perfect moments.

Plus, Ed Asner does the voice of the main character. And everybody loves Ed Asner.

Finding Nemo had a mature plot? o_O

Nemo's mother and dozens of his supposed brothers/sisters were killed just a few minutes into the movie.
What about Sid burning holes through his toys' heads?

Even the idea presented in Wall-E about Earth becoming inhabitable could be considered so as well.

Ratatouille should have just been rated PG, there were too many themes.

I just saw UP, and it was great, just like you guys said. :)

Here's my list from best to worst (I've excluded a few because the last time I saw them were about 10 years ago, and I honestly don't remember much about them):

Up
The Incredibles
WALL-E
Monsters Inc
Finding Nemo
Ratatouille
Cars

The obvious ones missing from this list are Toy Story and Toy Story 2, which I hope to see both of again before 3 is released. I've seen them, but it was such a long time ago that I remember very little about them.

Maybe I should watch it again, to see just what these "themes" are.

Speaking of WALL-E, I just watched it a few days ago. I'm not going to lie, this is probably the best movie I've ever seen. I love it so much, I just want to hug it and cuddle it and smother it with love!

I want to tie it with Up as the best Pixar movie I've seen, but maybe I just need to wait for the after-affects of watching this movie to settle down to truly evaluate it.

...Seriously, though, WALL-E and EVE are the cutest couple in cinema history!

Edit: here's my updated favorite to least favorite list:

1.) Up
2.) WALL-E (more or less tied with Up)
3.) Toy Story 2
4.) Monsters Inc.
5.) Toy Story
6.) The Incredibles
7.) Finding Nemo
8.) A Bug's Life
9.) Ratatouille
10.) Cars

Well, one "[suggestive] theme" is the fact that the woman in the begining resorts to trying to blow rats heads off with a shotgun. Other than that, there's not that many other than one or two making out scenes, iirc.

Skinner uses some minor profanity, too.

...How is that suggestive?

Dunno. I guess people don't really like guns in computer animated feature films "kids movies". :/

I think he was asking what exactly it "suggests"

(suggestive usually refers to sexual themes)
