Is the AOL ISP permanently banned?

I can no longer enter the site at all with the AOL service. It says I've been banned; signed "rudnicki".
I can get on with other browsers, though. I was able to get on with the AOL in the beginning.

Is this a glitch, or are they just shutting out AOL?

Your IP might be matching an old trolls IP who used a proxy. He's currently banned, so that's what might be doing that.

Yeah, my WiFi is down right now, so I have to use AOL and I could use the forums with AOL Browser.

(Although I prefer not to)

Using anything that will give you a different IP address (like a proxy), then you can most likely access the site.

I end up using my Wii, when I'm home (just got a new flexible keyboard for it, though you have to type hard on it. Using my mobile, now. Also, meant "IP" in the title, not ISP).
