"Personalized Picture"

When I go to edit my Profile Information, there's this extra thing that say "Personalized Picture" and some list next to it with "[actors]" and "[music]". It wasn't there before. Is this just some admin thing or a new feature?

No, there's an extra avatar option above "I have my own" and "I'll Upload one" under Edit Forum Profile Information. It's a box that has some words you can select in it. I never seen it before and I recently got promoted to mod, so I'm wonder if it's just a mod thing or a new selection.
