Talk in Sprite Comic (TiSC)

Here's how it works:
Someone posts an image containing one of their sprites, sometimes with someone saying something
someone adds onto that image with one of their sprites, either doing something to the other sprite, or talking to them.
repeat step two, and occasionally one, and watch as hilarity ensues.
