guess what, I found many ugly bosses in a old serie that I didn´t know before, it's "splatterhouse", it got many ugly enemies and bosses, but the final boss of the first game it's the ugliest one, just see:

The Doom series had some uglier ones. They make that look like a blob of pudding.
