New Mario Level?

A recent game theory video contained a url to an unlisted video showing parts of a broken QR code. I put it together and scanned it, sending me to a page where i could download an smc file. When i loaded it into an emulator, it gave me this custom mario level. However, i can't get past this place. Could anyone help me?

@MarioFan111222 Do kaizo on the Koopa, allowing you to jump over the muncher and keep spin jumping on the munchers until you reach the end of the muncher bridge.

It might be somehow grabbing the shell at the same time as bouncing off the Koopa, and then throwing it backward to bounce off of to reach the next section. I don't know much about Kaizo, so sorry if this doesn't help
