Help Creating Mario Wiki Account

I have recently tried to make an account on the Super Mario Wiki main site to hopefully contribute to its development however when I go to do so I get a messaging saying my IP has been limited and I can't create an account as a have a VPN enabled. This is not true and I don't have a VPN connection active. I have tried on multiple devices and both on WiFi and mobile networks but nothing seems to change.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
