sum more arts but from october and november of 2024!!!!111!!!!
this was the start of my idle hyperfixation as you can tell lol. if youre wondering whats with the occasional loog and ellow being together thing, its because i actually thought they were gonna be besties based on (and im not kidding) A SCREENSHOT I TOOK THAT ONLY APPEARS FOR LIKE 3 FRAMES IN THE FIRST TRAILER OF THE GAME. pictured below:
alas, they only really interact with each other like twice in the game. but one can dream.
i also had a period of time where i would get super bored and just redraw screenshots i had of them like one to one for hours, as you can see by two of those drawings.. it was super frustrating but also really fun. i have another one, but it does contain minor spoilers for sea 2 of brothership... (its actually crazy how they allowed them to play that scene in the overview trailer...)
speaking of random misinterpretations of characters before the game came out, i also thought ireen was gonna be a bitchy annyoing girl boss character (the inspo for the "now type kys" drawing i did) idk she looked like the kinda gal to get into online arguments WAY too much. she ended up becoming my second fav member tho, so yeah!! im also crying at how my first two drawings of idle they were so angyyyy lol. tbf the image below was like the only reference i had so cut me some slack lolllllll
the parody of that "me living my best life!" thing was based on the image below. for some reason i just found it so funny that peach looked so happy while the rest of idle was tweaking and like OH SHIT WERE GONNA DIE lol
i have a few more, but i drew them after i got brothership. ill showcase those in a separate post. i was also playing deltarune during this time, i really need to finish chapter 2.... AHHH and those were my first drawings of the extension corps! anyway
that post-it note drawing of ellow is important, because it marked the first time i called him "Elbow" LMFAOOO. this became an inside joke between a few of my friends.
the comic with ellow and the apple was heavily inspired by something a friend of a friend said. it was smth along the lines of "i just discovered that i can throw apples real far" and for some reason it just sounded like something ellow would say (note this was still before i got the game)
the comic with loog and ellow was inspired by this moment in a saltydkdan video. very funby
the drawing with all of idle playing on the couch was based on an idea i had about if they were to all play a co-op game together (spoiler they would fail) i somehow got loog and ireen SO DAMN ACCURATE wtf.
for some reason, idle reminded me so much of the gang from OMORI. so i drew them as sort of an au thingy idk how to describe it lolll.
as a bonus, heres this doodle page i made when brothership was first announced back in june 2024. i HATE this
listen guys cut me some slack i suck ass at drawing mario and luigi (even NOW), and i still didnt have a great understanding of the character designs of connie and snoutlet at the time LKAJD;FKD.

hey guys, havent posted here in a while. did you know i have five billion mario ocs????? specifically mostly shy guys??????? guys you will not guess in a million years who my favorite mario character is 
but yeah anyway because ive been participating in art fight, ive been kinda obsessing over my ocs again. but now, july is gonna come to an end, and ive been spending time drawing my own characters, heres some of them here!!!!!!
i even just finished a ref sheet for an oc idea ive had for over a year atp! say hello to kacey koopa!
he's um, actually kind of an egotistical and stand offish professional tennis player who also runs a tennis academy. he's very inspired by how i sometimes get a bit worked up over tennis (im a tennis player myself, i started playing for my highschool recently). yeah, i have pretty mixed feelings about the sport, cuz ive been feeling a bit burnt out on it since ive been playing for around seven years. plus some coaches who've made it a lil less fun. so yeah. im pretty happy how he came out tho!!!! i have in mind a student who goes to his academy, but i have to think about how i would design them.
anyway thats it!!!! i really need to yap about my ocs somewhere

hi guys!!!! more oc yapping time . this time i drew down a bunch of oc ideas i had. this would be the second time i do this
this time i wanna explain the plans i have for each character i had in mind.
i literally had no idea what the grafitti bandit shoud look like when i went to draw him, so i just made it up as i went along. he and the fat gal are besties, but ive been thinking at some point the fat gal moves somewhere else and they become distant. both of them are huge troublemakers. fat gal takes like a stupid amount of inspiration from aubrey from omori.
the paratroopa hanging up stupid things in the sky is inspired by some wacky phenomenon that happened today. some rando(s) on a plane circled around the tennis courts i play on in the morning for like 30 minutes with the message "MESS WITH TEXAS" on it and it was so fucking ridiculous that i had to write it down for a potential oc idea.
the fish is a wacky weird fish that yu (one of my other ocs, pictured below) catches. the fish is magical and talks ?????
speedrun since the bottom half ocs dont have too much
- koopa who is friends with caddy (pictured below). figured they needed a friend
- koopa obsessed with aroma therapy. inspired by my own fixation with certain smells and aromatherapy products. i imagined her being fully cloaked in a robe
- hopscotch gal!!!! her real name is doki (get it dokidoki panic ahahhaa) inspired by when i saw a hopscotch game scratched onto the tennis courts i play at in the morning
- a girl toad who collects sea shells on the beach
- effeminate drag queen shy guy. i think i like guys that crossdress and slay so much idk just me <3

i havent been drawing digitally as often due to school, sigh... yesterday i had school off tho. art fight is starting their fall related prompts, so i did some with my ocs! here is one with my ocs graffy and togata. i really like how this came out <3
the original drawing has text, but im concerned it might be too crude or immature. (hint one of the prompts i used was "secret". graffy is telling toga a dirty secret about his friend that's supposed to "shock" her but just confuses her instead...) heres the original
heres another one i did with dekiho (left) and migiho (right). there wasnt a prompt for costumes unfortunately, but i did use two of the color palettes they gave, just like the last one.
ive imagined dekiho in a pirate costume for a while. context, dekiho is insecure about his disabilities. behind the eyepatch is his lazy eye, which i think he would find an excuse to hide it cuz he's insecure about it....
drawing i did a few months ago that shows him in his default look. i need to draw these two more (theyre brothers)
