How do you add GIFs to your signature?

I want to add a GIF, such as the one in the spoiler, to my signature, but there seems to be no way to. How do I do this?

I was able to put that gif in my signature, I just dragged and dropped it into the signature field when you're editing it. I suppose you could also download and upload that gif as an image in your signature?
