Why does Boo not have the "Quick Throw" ability in Mario Super Sluggers, despite his pitching stat being super high (9/10)?

So, I've played Mario Super Sluggers for several years, and I noticed that Peach, Waluigi, and Baby Peach all have high pitching stats (Peach with 9/10, Waluigi and Baby Peach with 8/10). What's interesting to me is that Peach, Waluigi, and Baby Peach all have the "Quick Throw" as their special move, but Boo can't do a "quick throw", despite his pitching stat being super high. Instead, his special move is to "Teleport". Why do you think this is? Any answers would be helpful. Thanks!

I guess the developers thought teleport would fit Boo better (they're a ghost), since that's a special QTE close play move Boo makes to prevent themself from getting an out. Only they and King Boo have Teleport.
