help with nintendo ds wifi

Ive installed my usb thingy and restarted my computer, but no registration icon is ever appearing. Ive been neeeding to click it so i can get on wifi again. Please dont make me call thewaaaaaaaaaambulance again..

edit; got that to work butt now, it cant find a ip adress even though it makes one for every device 9router does that) andi have auto obtain on. if this thing hates me, im going back to xbox live, more ip friendly

*sigh* If you're trying to use a router for it, you gotta have it set to the WEP security type. WPA doesn't work. And use good grammar, d*mmit.
