This might prove useful to you.

Personally, I'm very much a flip-flopper. I use Firefox 3.0.10 right now, and I may update to the beta sometime, but I'm looking for an alternative if Firefox can't cut their memory usage significantly.

Any browser but IE. IE isn't fully compatible with PNG images. :< Also. It's WAY more slower than most leading web browsers that I praise. How flicky. IE adds more stuff, but slows the freaking process down. ...CRAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSH.

I've noticed that Firefox is becoming a bit buggy as of late. So, I downloaded Safari for my new PC. Works like a charm.

It's been rather slow for me, and I'm not even running the beta. I'm gonna start trying out Kubuntu's inbuilt browser, Konqueror. I wonder how that will work.

I did think that but firefox just makes up for it with so much i cant pass up on it anymore. Plus it never lags unless you just opened the page. Then it never lags for me and the opening lag isn't that annoying
