Minecraft: Nintendo 3DS and 2DS Editions to Discontinue

Mojang AB, the developers of Minecraft, along with their friend, has officially desired to discontinue Minecraft: New Nintendo 3DS, 3DS XL, 2DS, and 2DS XL Editions.
We know people wanted Minecraft on dual-screen. That has been invented. But now, since we are working on other editions, we cannot ship anymore updates to the Nintendo DS consoles.
If you happen to have a 3DS or 2DS, I happen to suggest you play Bedrock Edition: it has more features, and it is still getting updates.
Note: YOU CAN STILL PLAY MINECRAFT: NINTENDO 3DS EDITION, IT IS JUST NOT GETTING NO MORE UPDATES.

What do you mean?
There is only a New Nintendo 3DS Edition.
There is absolutely NO WAY to play Bedrock on a Nintendo 3DS.

Probably a wee bit more than that, considering Minecraft is now the bestselling game of all time.

Minecraft Classic is free now, so it really shouldn't count.

In my eyes, if any version of a game is officially available for free to the general public, then it's no longer eligible for the best-selling games list.

You don't download classic, you play it in a browser. Basically an emulator.
Also Tetris, the previous best-selling game of all time, is available FOR FREE on phones. Does that mean it didn't deserve the spot?
