Need help regarding PMs!

I could use some help... For some reason (notably this year when I became somewhat active again for the Awards), I haven't been receiving emails that notify me when I get a PM, so I usually get to responding much later (my phone basically notifies me if I get a PM).

Did I do something wrong? Do I need to change my email?
With these settings I should be getting them. I've even tried setting my email notifications to never then back to always, still no dice.

I'm legit NOT getting them; they don't even show in my email's junk folder lol

I would greatly appreciate it so that I don't further inconvenience others by responding later to their PMs than I should!

I also no longer receive an email when I receive a PM. It used to work (not this year), and I've never changed any settings.

Hmmm this is weird. It also seems to apply for topic notifications as well? I just enabled email notifications for this topic but didn't get an email as you guys posted.

That's odd, I'm still getting emails for new PM's and topic notifications.

Turns out Microsoft blocked email from our server's IP. Guess I'll apply to be unblocked.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

so does that mean only outlook/hotmail/live.com/whatever other email shit microsoft has email addresses dont get the emails anymore?

would make sense for me because I'm with hotmail

Can confirm, not received anything in ages. Was planning on checking a cause for a while really.

This is pretty inconvenient.
